This simple recipe is one of our favourites, because it tastes great and is easy to make in no time. It also doesn't require using a blender. Who doesn’t love a cold lemonade on a summer day.
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon
- 200ml water
- 2 ts sugar/ agave syrop
- 5 leaves of mint
- Ice
- Slices of lemon to decorate
How to make:
Heat up 50ml of water, add sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Juice all lemons. Combine with the rest of the water. Add mint and ice, stir and serve.
Mojito Mocktail
Mint, Lime and Ice make Mojito the most refreshing drink, ideal for the summer.
Ingredients:
- 4 leaves of Mint
- ½ Lime
- 1 heaped tsp Brown sugar
- 4 cubes Ice
- Sparkling Water to fill the glass
How to make:
Start with cutting half a lime in quarters. Add sugar and mint to the glass and squeeze in the limes.Mix well, add ice and fill the glass with sparkling water.

Ingredients;
- 1 tea bag
- 200ml hot water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 lemon squeezed
- 1 slice lemon
- Ice
- Mint
How to make:
Brew tea with 1 tsp of sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix and serve.

- 1 tbs hot water
- 100ml water
- 100ml watermelon puree

- Half avocado
- Half banana
- 50ml oat milk
- 100g strawberries
- 50g blueberries
